Conetan Wall/Precast hi-tech Concrete Walls
- Ready to erect 200-300 mm thick sandwich walls fully heat – and sound insulated. They are made of two facers of CONETAN Lamina and lightweight core (Expanded Polystyrene or Lightweight Concrete). In addition, for new structures, they can provide at their sides and at the top the space where the columns and the beams of the Load Bearing structure will be cast.

Conetan Partition/Precast hi-tech cοncrete Partitions

Conetan Lamina/Precast hi-tech Cement Lamina
- An ultrathin (0,8-1,8mm) multilayer Laminate made up of High Performance Polymer Modified Cement Mortar and Glass Fibers. The ingredients of the Mortar are High Strength Cement, ultrafine aggregates, Polymer for modification (in proportion of less than 4%) and additives for water reduction, mix stabilization and control of gain in strength.

Conetan Screed/Precast hi-tech Cement Screed
- Conetan Screed films with screed on top are 1,5 – 2,0 mm thin and available up to 2,00 x 3,00 m in size, with a self weight of 2,5 – 3,5kg/m2
- They are directly placed on leveled basis and glued on this by the same cementitious material.
- They have high Mechanical Strength and are high temperature resisting and durable. They are used both in – and out door
- They do not crack
- Their placement is easy and fast
- The final cost of finished floor, or wall is, considerably lower from that of traditional screed or wall mortar
Conetan Laminate/Precast hi-tech cement Laminate
- Conetan Laminates are multilayer components made up of at least two Conetan Laminas glued under pressure on top of each other by the same high-Performance Mortar as the one which is constitutive material of CONETAN Lamina. Because of the flexibility of Conetan Laminas any curved form can be achieved.
- With very high Mechanical Strength, (flexural Strength up to 50 MPa) they usually are 3-20mm thick.
