CONETAN Wall
Load bearing Wall fully Heat – and Sound Insulated.
- Ready to erect 200-300 mm thick sandwich walls fully heat – and sound insulated. They are made of two facers of CONETAN Lamina and lightweight core (Expanded Polystyrene or Lightweight Concrete). In addition, for new structures, they can provide at their sides and at the top the space where the columns and the beams of the Load Bearing structure will be cast.
- In the latter case, monolithical concrete structure will be achieved at zero cost of Formwork.
- The walls consist of vertical and horizontal ribs of high-Performance concrete, infill Insulating blocks between the ribs and across the whole of external surface, and two Facers of CONETAN Laminas, all bonded together and acting as Sandwich Element.
- Dimensioning of CONETAN Walls depends on their Geometry, Loads and Service Requirements.
- After their Erections they only need painting, if any.
Usage
- External or Internal Walls of New or Existing Buildings.
- As wall of mobile building units (e.g. boxes)
